Nature of Service

CosmosLove AI provides digital subscription services only. No physical goods are delivered.

The service includes a 24-hour free trial followed by an automatically renewing subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, by starting your trial and requesting immediate access to CosmosLove AI's digital services, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, once access has begun, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged in error.
• You made a duplicate payment.
• A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the service after payment.
• You are otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws.

Each request is reviewed individually.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available if:

• You forgot to cancel before the end of the 24-hour trial.
• The subscription renewed because cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.
• You have accessed or used the digital services after your subscription began, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• The request is made outside any legally required refund period.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• A chargeback is initiated without first contacting our customer support team.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the 24-hour free trial.

If you cancel after your subscription has started, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current 28-day billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

If you wish to request a refund, please send a written request including:

• Email address used for purchase
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:

• Using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Within 14 days after the refund has been approved.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issues promptly.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your CosmosLove AI account.
• Permanent loss of access to the service.
• Submission of relevant transaction and account records to payment processors or financial institutions to contest the chargeback.

Exceptional Cases

At our discretion, we may issue refunds outside the circumstances described above in cases such as:

• Duplicate charges.
• Technical failures that prevented delivery of the purchased service.
• Other exceptional circumstances where a refund is deemed appropriate.

Providing a refund in an exceptional case does not establish a general entitlement to refunds beyond those required by applicable law.
