Service Overview

CosmosLove AI is a professional Parashara-based astrology portal provided by Aura Digital. The service offers features including birth chart generation, compatibility matching, and daily astrology insights.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features, content, and structure of the service at any time without prior notice.

Subscription Plans and Pricing

CosmosLove AI is offered as a subscription service.

24-Hour Trial

• €0.00 for a 24-hour trial period.

Recurring Subscription

• Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• €49.99 every 28 days.
• Your subscription automatically renews every 28 days until cancelled.
• By starting the trial, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing and Payment

Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout.

Following the 24-hour trial, your payment method will automatically be charged €49.99 every 28 days unless you cancel your subscription before the trial expires.

Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€), and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees.

Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Any price changes will apply only to future billing periods after appropriate notice where required by law.

Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Cancellation & EU Consumer Rights

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at help@cosmosloveai.com.

If you cancel during the 24-hour trial period, you will not be charged.

If you cancel after your subscription has begun, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No further renewal charges will be made after cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exceptions apply:

• If you expressly request immediate access to the digital service during the withdrawal period and begin using the service, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital service has begun.
• Use is considered to begin when you log in and access any features available through the platform.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Account Use & Responsibility

Users must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Sharing account access is discouraged and may result in termination of service.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, astrology calculations, reports, documentation, and AI-generated outputs made available through CosmosLove AI are the property of Aura Digital or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, reverse-engineering, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Astrology Disclaimer

CosmosLove AI provides astrology-based interpretations, compatibility analyses, and AI-assisted insights for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

Astrological readings are not scientific predictions and should not be relied upon as professional advice regarding legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other important life decisions.

Users remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions they take based on information provided through the service.

Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that astrology interpretations will meet your personal expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Digital disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of CosmosLove AI shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during your most recent 28-day subscription billing period.

Termination

Aura Digital may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands.

For customers residing within the European Union, this choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
